Our procedures are as follows:
1. You submit a property for our review.
2. We gather information on the property.

- Market Analysis
- View Property
- Estimate Repairs Needed
3. We submit an offer to you on a TREC contract.
4. We finalize the offer and submit it to the title company.
5. We appraise the property at our expense.
6. We work closely with the title company, on any and all issues that may arise, for a clear title policy.
7. We review the HUD1 (closing statement) for accuracy.
8. You go to closing and pick up your check!!!
